Delivery Charges:

A delivery fee of $10.00 applies to all orders
Unfortunatley we can no longer absorb the price of fuel required by our courior driver to deliver your gift.

Local Delivery Service Areas:

Bundoora, Mill Park, South Morang, Thomsatown, Lalor, Keon Park,Reservior, Kingsbury, Watsonia, Macleod,Greensborough.Epping, Heidelberg. 

Local Hospitals And Univerities:

North Park Private Hospital, Latrobe Medical Private Centre, Latrobe University. RMIT, Mercy Hospital, Northern Hospital.

Delivery Times in Australia:

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday. The order must be recieved by 1pm for same day delivery and only if we have the requested flowers in store to use, otherwise they may be delivered the following day.

Sunday & Public Holidays:

Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays except by special arrangement.

Peak Trading:

During peak floral periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, all orders should be placed at least two days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Time deliveries are not gaurenteed.

Overseas,Interststate,Remote Country:

Deliveries to remote country areas may incur a delay of up to two days.
Orders for International Delivery should be placed  48 hours prior to the delivery date.
Orders for Interstate Delivery should be placed 24 hours prior to delivery date.

Time Requests:

Requests for specific delivery times will be taken, but unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Requesting AM or PM is a better option.
Funeral times will always be a priority.

All dollar amounts on this site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
All prices are inclusive of GST.

Cancellations: 24 hour notice needed

If you cancel your order once it has been placed we will offer a refund back to your credit card (minus a $15.00 processing fee). Provided your flower arrangement or gift item has not been constructed. We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers or gift will already be on their way.

Substitutions:

We will make every effort to fill your order according to the picture displayed,if we need to substitute a flower or item because of seasonal factors or unavailability, we will use a flower or item of similar value as the one ordered.
An item containing seasonal flowers may be differant to the one displayed, due to seasonal availability of flowers.When necessary, we reserve the right to automatically substitute flowers of similar value, colour and style, in order to deliver your important gift on time.
